Awww, a Tear in My Eye!

I've had so much going on here at LWM3B that I haven't had a chance to say thanks to those of you participating in the Blog Awards over at HSBA.

First, a huge thanks goes to the crew behind the scenes at HSBA. I know for a fact that Dawn and Sprittibee were up until wee hours of the morn' coding polls and making this all possible. I'm sure there are more people behind the scenes. But since you don't tweet about it - I probably don't know about it. ;)

Next... Life With My 3 Boybarians has been nominated in 4 categories. Holy Cow. I saw the first nomination, and had to (embarrassingly) email Dawn to ask her to change the 'three' to a '3' in my title. And when she replied back, "Yes, I'll go change them ALL." I thought.. "... all? What is she talking about?"

And that's when I saw that LWM3B was on 4 lists. I about fell over. Actually, I giggled out loud and Handy Man made me tell him what was so funny. His reaction is a post in itself! Wait til you all hear what the love of my life said about my nomination in 'The Funniest' category. Little stinker. I'm thinking I have no filter when it comes to this blog. Sheesh... think I blog too much?

But sincerely... I know I often get silly around here. I spout nonsense most of the time. I try not to take myself too seriously. But blogging here has been very cathartic and healing for me. Yes, it's often inane. I wake up most days embarrassed that I did this, posted this or that anyone EVER came back after this stunt.

But I am so grateful for you all; those who read and encourage and laugh along with me. This journey is so much more fulfilling because you are all along for the ride. When days are tough with Trouble... when medical bills are taller than Trouble himself.... when my boys do yet another thing that convinces me that boys are really aliens who love their junk...

I know that I have somewhere to share it all, and a group of wonderful, fun readers who will laugh and cry along with me. So it is with sincere gratitude that I say 'thank you'... and shameless self promotion that I say...
